She truly listened to me and what I wanted BUT at the same time challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and it resulted in the bedroom beyond what I could have imagined. I wanted a room that felt "full and warm and layered" - it was touch to describe to someone what I felt, but she nailed it perfectly.
