Ya’ll! Duke Renders took my designs for this virtual edition of the One Room Challenge and really brought it to life! I can’t even believe how realistic everything looks. I’m excited to have them render more projects for real clients in the future!
Although I do a lot of virtual design with my eDesign service, trying to curate a design for an imaginary project, where the resources are unlimited is challenging, to say the least. Being an interior designer, we have access to lots of products and resources that are only available to us and design showrooms.
High Point Market, the sponsor of this edition of the One Room Challenge, is where many of us get connected to these home furnishings brands for the first time and make (or further develop) connections with brand reps that help bring our visions to life.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m all about the bold color, so it was only right that I covered each room with lots of it! The living room got deep textured grass cloth wallpaper and a fuchsia sofa. I’m all about the extra, but doesn’t it also feel accessible and warm?

And the library! Remember, these spaces are actually inspired by a real project that I’m working on right now. (Follow me on IG to see renovation woes of this 6,000sft beauty.) This space is my client’s sunroom in real life, but I wanted to “convert” it to a library.

The paint color of the gorgeous bookcases is Grandeur Plum by Sherwin Williams. I knew from the very beginning that I would do pink bookcases, because in all my good dreams, I have a pink library. Duke Renders did a fantastic job bringing it to life!
The library is bold, but yet incredibly warm and comfortable. I used this beautiful Lennox lounge chair from Interlude Home and you can just SEE how comfortable it is from the rendering! I shouldn’t have any problem convincing a client on this one, for sure! HAHA!
