Room Styling for the JD Series Fashion Brunch Trailer

I recently connected with a local NOLA fashion blogger (Jazmine of the Jeunesse Doree Series), who asked me to be a sponsor of her upcoming JD Series fashion brunch on Oct. 23th, from 11am-3pm. So, I’m providing some pillows to borrow for her brunch along with room styling for the fun trailer she created.

Jazmine asked me to style some of the areas that would be seen in the trailer: the bed, the kitchen counter, and the living room. You guys know I don’t pass up an opportunity to decorate a room, so I was super happy to participate. I shared some photos on Instagram, but wanted to share more, plus the trailer, here on the blog.

The Living Room Decor

The room already had all of the furniture, but I borrowed the mirrored end table from my living room, brought in some art, my charcoal velvet with silver foil pillows, lamps, and coffee table pieces. I love the way it turned out.

The Kitchen Decor

Jazmine wanted to do a toast with her girls on video for the trailer, so I did a little simple styling on the countertop.

The Bedroom Decor

The bedding was simple, yet luxe. The two side baskets are from At Home and all pillows and throws are from my shop. I also brought in the salt lamp, tray, and mags.
