I have so much to share guys! But, let’s just start with my home. I’m finally ready to transform this space!
Here are some photos of what the space looked like when we first viewed our home.
I’ll share more current before photos once I’m a little further along in the process, but the only thing that I’ve done since we’ve bought our home is bring in mismatched nightstands, my grandmother’s dresser, and changed the carpet to the same Pergo wood floors that I put in my living room, hallway, and dining room. No paint. No drapes. Nothing nice.
Here’s a peek at the concept for my master bedroom:
Think deep, dark, and moody. I want a predominantly masculine space, with some glam, feminine accents.
I purposely kept off the art and other decorative accents that I usually show clients, because I want to surprise you guys with everything along the way. I want to show you exactly how I put together a room, so it’ll be a little decorating series here on the blog.
I literally have just about everything for the room, except some accessories.
So, in the concept board above, you’ll see the dark, textured croc wallpaper, as well as the fabrics used throughout the space. I love this bench, but I’m recovering the cushion with a more luxe fabric. I’m soooo excited about that. Stay tuned to my IG to see behind the scenes of how I do that.
I’ve been doing so much online shopping lately, especially for clients, since I’m super busy with eDesign projects. So, I was able to compile a little wish list of items that I had my eye on. As, you can see, some of the items I’m actually using in my master bedroom.
Can’t wait to share more about my bedroom. I’m taking you through the entire process on IG and the blog, so stay tuned.
If there is ANYTHING you want to see or learn specifically, about my bedroom or bedrooms in general, please leave me a comment below and let me know.
Till next time!
