If you’ve been following me on Snapchat (@whitneyjdecor), you’ve probably seen the clips of me installing my new faucet. I’m so in love!!
Pfister sent me this gorgeous, sleek stainless steel pull-down faucet (model: G529-PFSS) to review. You guys know I live in an apartment and usually go above and beyond to update it and bring in some style. This includes painting, replacing hardware, adding art & rugs, and even changing the faucets. I speak a lot about updating a rental in my apartment decorating eBook.
But, let’s just take a moment to admire this new beauty in all its glory…
I really like that it has a high neck so that we can fill large pots. I couldn’t fill any of the large pots in the sink with my old faucet. I love even more the spout pulls down – perfect for washing fruits, veggies, and meat. Plus, you can switch between stream and spray with a quick touch of the button right behind the spout.
Although I don’t cook often, I really enjoy the extra sink space I get with this faucet. It’s so easy to move it out of the way when not in use, but it’s never really in the way.
And, did I mention that I installed this faucet all by myself? Seriously, anyone can do it, especially since it comes with easy to follow instructions. The beautiful Pfister bath faucet that I installed in my bathroom was also really easy. I’ll have a tutorial of installing this faucet on the blog soon, so make sure you sign up to my email list to get notifications when it’s up. Faucets are an easy way to update a kitchen and has a huge impact on the overall look of your space. Being able to install them yourself is a huge plus, because you get to spend the money that you would have spent on a plumber, somewhere else in your home (like on new pillows).
Also, check out the new beautiful black and white print from Lydell Martin that I put above my sink. I used to have the DIY pineapple initially in my last kitchen.
Pfister also sent me this stainless steel 2-handle faucet (model: G136-200S) that can also work well on a laundry sink. I installed this one in my kitchen first, because I wanted something simple that I wouldn’t have to change after I moved out of my apartment (because I’m not sure how long we’ll be here). But, once it was installed, I realized that although it functions well (and was better than my old faucet), I wanted something a bit more fancy. It’s perfect for rental kitchens and laundry rooms, though.
The best thing about BOTH of these faucets (and all the other Pfister faucets) is that there is a lifetime warranty. Just by reading the reviews of many different faucets, you’ll see how Pfister has taken care of their customers by replacing parts OR the entire faucet that they’ve had for years (and years). You can rest assured that your faucet will work well forever or Pfister will replace it. How cool is that?
****Pfister sent me both of these faucets to review, but all opinions are mine.****

Thanks so much, Alaya!
