Designer Love: Lynda Quintero-Davids; Black and White Living Room

I am in love with perusing Pinterest; I can stay there for hours! I found this space from fellow designer, Lynda Quintero-Davids of Focal Point Styling, and instantly fell in love with her style. I clicked over to her site and got lost in her blog. She features images of her work, fashion inspiration, and more.

Lynda is an Interior Stylist, a Visual Merchandiser, and a Design Blogger who has specialized in home and store lifestyling for the past 25+ years. After living in Miami for 33+ years, she now lives in the Phoenix area of Arizona with her husband and their adorable white cat, Sephora.

If you’ve been reading my blog for some time, you should know that black and white spaces are my favorite spaces. Now, add a bit of brown or vary the shades of white, and you have me sold. Lynda’s black and white living room does just that. Her space is so gorgeous, I had to ask if I can share more pics of it with my readers. I love how she used black and white with brown wood and chrome pieces.

She perfectly brings appeal to a simple black and white color scheme by mixing patterns. Houndstooth is a star among them. These pillows are so fun!

Black and white living rooms can be so cold and boring sometimes, but the way Lynda varies pattern, textures, and uses mirrored surfaces, the space is very warm, inviting, and fun.
